Creating an Instagram Shopping store is quite simple: in just a few steps you can display your product catalogue, customize it, create collections, lists of featured products… But this customization has some limits and, by default, all users will see the same information and in the same language.
So what if a merchant sells in multiple countries and wants to display different prices or products? Or if they want to display product descriptions in the user's language? The bulk telegram blast key is localized information that you can add from the Commerce Manager, to show the appropriate version of your store depending on the customer (for example, you can show prices in dollars to people in the United States). We'll explain it to you step by step:
The first step is to define your default country and language ; that is, the country in which you do most of your business and the language most spoken by your target audience. For example, Spain and Spanish. The products you upload to your catalog must be in this language and with the information corresponding to this default country.
Download the template(s) to create your country or language list(s) : In Commerce Manager, select your catalog, open the Catalog tab, and select the “Data Sources” option. In the top left corner, select “Add Information > Add Localized Product Information.”
Add information located in Facebook Commerce ManagerAfter clicking “ Create Template ,” you’ll be presented with a window to select between “Country List Template” or “Language List Template” (to add information for both countries and languages, you’ll need to do this twice to create two templates). Choose the countries or languages you want to reach and the fields you want to localize (e.g. pricing, availability, links, and sizes by country; and titles and descriptions by language). Download the template in CSV format .
Fill out the template with the appropriate information for each country or language (you will see the code for each language or country in the “override” column). Note the formatting specifications for each field .
Save your list of countries or languages in CSV format.
Go back to Data Sources/Add Localized Information . This time, instead of “Create a template”, select “ Upload data list file” . Select what type of list you are uploading (countries or languages), continue and upload file. Select the option you prefer and upload the csv you just created.
By following these steps, users who visit your Facebook or Instagram store will see information customized to their country or language. For example, items will display a description in their language and prices will be displayed in their currency and adapted to their country. You can also create dynamic ads with your store's products.
We hope that this post will serve as a guide to adapting your store to the international market. In any case, the internationalization of a company involves many aspects, beyond the translation of the website and the Facebook or Instagram store. If you need help, contact us .
